FUTAB (feet up, take a break)
It was Golf Sunday. We walked 18 holes, up and down lots of steep hills and it was hot and humid. No water on the course and since we have gotten so much rain here in Eastern MA, they would not let us take riding carts out on the course. I got lots of excercise....but my feet are killing me.

What I want most for my daughter is that she be able to soar confidently in her own sky, whatever that may be.

The dragonfly is a reminder that when our deeper thoughts rise to the surface we must pay attention - there are lessons to be learned, and we are also reminded that what we think is directly proportionate to what we "see on the surface." ...In short, our thoughts (even the deeper ones that we might not be as in-touch with as we are with our conscious thoughts) are responsible for what we see in our lives - in our physical surroundings. Canon and soda water Bokeh. Dedicated to my good friend Lori
I had dinner with my good friend Lori tonight. We were highschool friends and roommates when we first got out of college. Ours kids are now grown and we have not seen each other in years....i mean YEARS. It was so great to catch up and have an evening full of laughs. After dinner Lori was kind enough to set up objects on the table for me to take photos of for my 365 project.
Thanks Lori

“When you're young, your whole life is about the pursuit of fun. Then, you grow up and learn to be cautious. You could break a bone or a heart. You look before you leap and sometimes you don't leap at all because there's not always someone there to catch you. And in life, there's no safety net. When did it stop being fun and start being scary?”

Sammy
Today I Took photos at a Dedication Ceremony of The Ayer Family Healing Garden at Beverly Hospital in Honor of three lovely Ladies.
This statue is of Sammy, a 3 year old boy that left this earth much too early. I was lucky enough to meet Beverly Seamans, the sculptor of this wonder statue, which she made many years ago that was place in the original smaller garden.
